6 sessions

This premium package includes six 45-minute sessions spread out over the course of 12 weeks. While we will cover several topics, these sessions are personalized based on YOUR needs.

Additional Features:

  • Voice & text messaging in between sessions for extra support via a third party app. (hiii holistic bff)

  • Personalized recommendations sent to you after each coaching call.

  • Nutrition & lifestyle assessment

  • Tips & tricks based on your lifestyle (travel, on-the-go, stay-at-home, etc)

8 week

4 sessions

This package includes four 45-minute sessions spread out over the course of 8 weeks. While we will cover several topics, these sessions are personalized based on YOUR needs. You’ll have the option to add on one more month at the end of your 8 weeks.

What is a Holistic Nutritionist?

A holistic nutritionist works with clients through an integrative approach of herbs, diet, and lifestyle. The term holistic in the context of health and herbal medicine means focusing on the person as a whole. Our goal is to help the individuals feel empowered as they bring balance to their lives through natural ways.

How can I benefit from working with you?

Guidance, accountability, and a personalized plan can help you transform (especially if you feel like you’ve tried so many things to feel or look better). While there are many programs, diets, and coaches out there, your needs, wants, and goals will be different than those of others. I am here to meet you where YOU are, and identify what will work best for YOU. And of course, we will focus on doing things holistically.

Why do I need coaching for 8-12 weeks?

A holistic approach is not a “quick fix” approach. The mind, body, and spirit require time and intuitive actions for true healing. Working with me for 8-12 weeks allows you to get regular guidance on your journey as you implement new habits and explore what you need to thrive.

Can I work with you for longer than 8-12 weeks?

After your 8 or 12 week program you will have the tools and knowledge you need to continue on your health and wellness journey. But of course, we can do a post-program assessment to see if additional coaching sessions would be beneficial.
